Introduction: I work on all facets of conditioning (strength & cardio), including balance, coordination, mobility, and agility. I can give you a great workout at a high intensity, a low intensity, or anywhere in between!
I specialize in health seekers (people looking to become healthy), active older adults (50+), cancer survivors, special populations (developmentally delayed adults, those released from Physical Therapy but need more support, etc).
I love seeing a client be able to regain a life skill, balance, mobility, etc and just live a healthier, happier, more active lifestyle!
