John replied in 10 mins after my request in late night and arrived 2nd day 8am. John Quickly diagnosed the problem and helped contact and file claims with the water heater warranty which saved us more than $900. Professional installation and nicely explained how to maintain and service the water heater in the future. Very reasonable labor charge and directly work with Rheem supplier to get the leaked water heater replaced.

I had a water softener tube split, but it turned out to be bigger than that, and the feed valve was also bad, and I could no longer turn it to stop it. Although the plumber arrived later than promised, the work was done rather quickly and correctly. I would use this company again.

My tenant was out of town so John was nice enough to give me an estimate based on the information I provided on the toilet issues and shut off valve. He arrived promptly on the day the water would be shut off to the building so he could do the job and went back later when the water was back on to check that the toilet problem was fixed. His price was reasonable, especially based on a few of the other quotes I receive. My tenant let me know the work was successful. I will use Done Right Plumbing again for my plumbing needs.

Had an issue with my water pressure inside the house and it looked like my PRV was no longer working. I went out and bought my own PRV and then they were at my house to install it about an hour and 45 mins later. Absolutely no complaints on my end, and would not hesitate to call again.
