- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our philosophy is that we always be honest and up-front with pricing! In order to be honest, we have to see what we're doing first. That's why we always offer free estimates that are reviewed with our customers before any work takes place!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have one of our qualified, crime-free technicians meet you at your home where we diagnose the issues with homeowners. We provide an estimate for free and present all the options before beginning any work. Then, we blow you away with the quality of our work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians receive regular training at The Rainforest University on all of the latest systems and processes in the plumbing and HVAC industry. We're kinda like the Harvard of home service companies!
