FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive and fair, and we won't sell you anything you don't need. Not all roofs need replaced, most people can get a few more years out of their roof with just a simple repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will come out to perform an inspection and show you our findings. Next, we'll go over what we think the next steps are, and show you how we'll fix said issue. We'll present materials, pricing, photos, and a roof measurement, all for your records. If you'd like to move forward, we'll collect a deposit, get materials ordered, and schedule your job. Once the work is done, we'll perform another 'final' inspection to make sure everything is repaired/ replaced correctly and that your home is water-tight, and then we'll issue a warranty certificate that coincides with the work completed.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started in roofing back in Nebraska at a young age. Growing up in a small farming town, you never really hired anybody to fix things for you. You got some friends and family together and did it yourself. I've helped replace about a dozen roofs in our community before graduating from high school. Once out of school, I went to college for a couple of years before getting a sales job for a roofing company in Omaha, Nebraska. I did that for a few years and then worked into a production spot with a major roofing company. Once I moved to AZ in late 2021, I helped run production for another large roofing company here in the valley before starting Firebird in late 2022.
