We offer most roofing systems and specialize in all types of re-roofs, asphalt shingles, concrete tile applications, metal roofing, foam and single-ply membrane (PVC, TPO & EPDM) systems. Stout did a quality job on a tight timeline at a fair price on a house we were selling. I was impressed with the work, photo records of the work and good communication. I was so impressed that I had them do a roof inspection on our newly purchased home despite the fact that an inspection and repair had been done on the roof prior to our purchase. The inspection pictures revealed that the roof was in good condition generally, but the inspector had missed a couple of broken tiles, some chipped tiles that needed repair and an area that needed some glue down.With the additional repairs done, I have confidence that I have a good baseline from which to have inspections going forward every three years to maximize the life of my tile roof.

Professional, clean, competitive bid. We needed to coordinate removal and replacement of roof mounted HAC unit at the same time we were doing tear off and roof replacement. Stout contacted Plumbing Contractor directly and they worked it out perfectly. Without me! Priceless.
