- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We would like to conduct an initial inspection of your pool to ensure it meets our standards for maintenance and aesthetic excellence. Things that aren't included in the weekly service are repairs, filter cleans, drains, and extra weeks of service (when we visit 5 times instead of 4 in a month).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Other than inspecting the pool. We love to find out what things you didn't like from previous services. We also like to have a clear understanding of what you expect from your pool service, and provide that.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our weekly service technicians have a CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification. Our filter clean technicians and repair guys have more certifications that vary like CSP and CST certifications.
