- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My termite inspections are always free, and I’m upfront about every cost. Treatment pricing depends on the size of the home and the level of activity, but I only use premium products that last longer and perform better. There are no hidden fees — just honest, transparent pricing and long-term protection.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a detailed interior and exterior inspection, including the attic, foundation, and all common entry points. I explain everything I find, show photos if needed, and walk you through the best treatment options. Most treatments can be completed the same day so your home is protected immediately.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a fully licensed termite specialist in Arizona with nearly a decade of hands-on experience. I’ve helped scale multiple termite programs into seven-figure operations and have advanced training in subterranean termite behavior, baiting systems, foaming, liquid treatments, and prevention strategies.
