I have a degree in computer and electronic engineering. I possess a high attention to detail and will make sure the job is completed throughly and correct . I have 30 years experience in the workforce. This includes but is not limited to semiconductor plasma engineering, electronic repair technician, management , telecommunications, and home project management, appliance repair technician, installer, and oh yeah stand up comedy for the last 7 years. So you get two for the price of one, a repair tech and a little laugh to go with it .
All estimates and prices are best guess with the limited knowledge that is shared . Just like your time ; my time is valuable so, if you ask for an estimate prior to confirmed appointment be prepared to pay for my time to create and research what is needed otherwise I will not be paid for my time.

Rob installed a window Air Conditioner in a slider window in our garage. He did a great job and we are very satisfied. He is a perfectionist making sure every detail was checked with the installation manual. He made sure the AC worked properly and took the time to cover the operations with us when he finished. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The more services you order the cheaper they get . My prices are fair but remember I have to put food on my table as well. I give best estimate with the limited knowledge supplied.
Most repair appointments are going to be two part, first is evaluating the problem and obtaining repair cost . The second is returning with parts and verifying repair is fixed
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated top of my class in computer and electronic engineering. Worked in plasma engineering for ten plus years following schematics and BOM
Have worked in the telecommunications industry as an engineer for many years. Also having years of dealing with clients helps.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
After engineering school I opened a business to offer computer and network home services. From there is sprouted into doing smart homes , clean rooms, and construction work
