Josh was an outstanding hire to build a cabinet for me (3 drawers, 6 doors, 6 shelves). The project waited forever and I'm so glad to have it in place!
I was a bit disorganized when we first started chatting and I think I changed the date twice. Josh was VERY accommodating and patient while i was messing with his calendar :-) and we finally landed on a date that worked for both of us.
He worked fast while I ran some errands and didn't waste any time at all, even when I invited him to sit down for a bit.
Josh did quality work and was quite comfortable with the task, even when a bit of factory wonkiness presented itself.
I'm 100% happy with Josh, his rate (he earned and received a small tip in gratitude) and the quality he was able to provide.
Further, Josh was very communicative and easy to reach via phone and text and was also thoughtful in texting when he was leaving home and an ETA. He arrived on time with everything he needed (tools) and got right to work as we got acquainted before I left for some errands. When I got back, I was impressed with how much was already done.
Finally, he's just a nice guy! Very nice to chat with and get to know a bit.
I would absolutely hire Josh again for similar projects and he would absolutely be my first choice for other types of work if he wanted to do something completely different for me.

Josh was a life saver. I own a rental property in a remote part of Nevada and he's friends with my renter. They noticed a huge water issue and the HOA and neighbors were getting involved. He took a look. Met be at Lowes. Repaired and replaced the leaking irrigation. All in one day. Then he came to my home. In a half day he assembled an umbrella. Adjusted something that HOA was flagging me for. Fixed some other things. He's going to maintain my gardens. He does it all. On time. Friendly cool guy. Price is very reasonable

Josh worked on a landscaping project for us. He helped with every aspect of the work from shoveling, hauling dirt, lifting and placing boulders, and hooking up thr landscape lights. Although I had a rough design drawn up, he provided valuable insight on ideas for plant and light placement, and came up with a great plan to build a form with bolts for a giant metal cactus. I highly recommend this business. I am a perfectionist and he exceeded my expectations!
