Poor communication and false promises. Was told she would “do it for free.” Then it turned into she doesn’t do it but will find someone to do it at affordable price. Then crickets. Nothing came out of it after numerous texts and calls.

Hi Kim, my apologies—I had sent you a text but never heard back. Like I stated to you, if I knew how to do concrete, I would absolutely do it for free to help your dad. But as I mentioned before, we’re an asphalt contractor. I did stop by your dad’s house, but unfortunately, he wasn’t home that day. I also referred a few friends who specialize in concrete and passed along your info to them—that was the best I could do. Sorry I couldn’t be of more help!
