Company was quick to respond to my last minute request - three days prior to the party date. I appreciated the level of communication while sharing scope of work and expectations. Lisa was our server/bartender and she was professional and helpful. She did as she was directed but lacked initiative. We were grateful to have her helping at the party but were hoping, for the rate, she would use her apparent experience to help take care of more without being asked. Overall, we are glad we hired someone.

I had a terrible experience at this bartender service company. The staff and owner were rude and unhelpful. They didn't know how to mix any drinks. Even the owner did not know what it meant to mix drinks. Very unexperience. They will not provide you with the services you pay for. The wait staff refused to wash my chaffing dishes and refused to pick up dirty plates after my guests were done eating. When I asked them to complete the task I paid for, they called the owner, who told them to leave in the middle of my event, leaving me stranded. I would not recommend them to anyone. Do not pay them in advance because they will send you inexperienced staff who will do nothing for you. Make sure you have it in writing all the services they will provide for you. Save yourself some headache by not using them at all. Once they collect your money, they will stop communicating with you. Worst bartender and wait staff services I have ever had.

Hello, Gladys thank you for the incorrect review and the fact that you assaulted on of my employees. I tried to call you twice and it went straight to voicemail. I also have evidence and incident reports of what happen last night from my employees. I was on the phone with my employee multiple times throughout the night, and I heard you yelling at her, and being intoxicated. My server was trying to do anything you wanted her to do, but was being told different things by you and your sister. You also got physical with one of my employees, poking her multiple times in the chest while yelling at her. which is inappropriate and not acceptable. My employees were not only physically assaulted by you. They were yelled at and belittled to the point that they were so uncomfortable they had to leave the event. Which both of my employees have filled incident reports of what happen. My employees are any employees should never be treated that way, and have the right to refuse service and leave if they are uncomfortable, being physically harmed or yelled at. Thank you
