Absolut Bartending catered a bachelor party weekend, and Chef Laken prepared an incredible brunch buffet for a group of 7+. The spread was the perfect recovery meal, featuring a custom menu with coffee and juices. She worked within my budget to deliver a delicious and memorable experience. If you’re looking for someone to create an outstanding brunch buffet, I highly recommend Absolut Bartending!

I had Absolut Bartending and Catering and their team cater a backyard event, and they seriously knocked it out of the park. From the start, Laken was super responsive and helpful with the planning—I barely had to do anything. They took care of all the details and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. The team showed up right on time, just like Laken said they would, and everything was set up perfectly. The presentation looked incredible—way more than I expected for a casual backyard get-together. And the food? Absolutely phenomenal. Every bite was delicious, and our guests kept going back for seconds (and thirds). I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you're looking for someone to take the pressure off and still impress your guests, I highly recommend Absolut Bartending and Catering and their crew. They made our event so special!

Dottie was an awesome bartender! She was prompt, on time, and very helpful. She’s a true professional, and all of our guests loved her!

Company was quick to respond to my last minute request - three days prior to the party date. I appreciated the level of communication while sharing scope of work and expectations. Lisa was our server/bartender and she was professional and helpful. She did as she was directed but lacked initiative. We were grateful to have her helping at the party but were hoping, for the rate, she would use her apparent experience to help take care of more without being asked. Overall, we are glad we hired someone.
