This is a honorable family oriented business and man! Sometimes what may seem as a big problem has the simplest solutions! Where do I start, Ryan at Rogue is a great PC tech with a great attitude and professionalism. I set an appointment the day before and he was able to see me the next day at exactly the time I requested. He is very knowledgeable and for the things he didnt know he looked up on the fly and verified with multiple sources. Mind you, the whole time I was with him and he was literally teaching me and educating me on some of the ins and outs as I requested. He really is worth every star. I will definitely be returning in the event that I have another issue and will recommend to anyone that is having an issue with their desktop. Thank you Ryan for bringing my PC back to life.
