Great and fast communication, friendly & professional. Roger was punctual and got the job done fast (removal of old furniture & junk). I shopped around and he was not only the most reasonable but the fastest at replying. It’s not easy trusting a stranger into your home but I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Came exactly at scheduled time. Did all the lifting. Was extremely courteous and polite. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. Gave me a quoted price and didn’t change it. Most of my quotes raised after the “specialist” realized they wouldn’t be able to resell my junk. If i listed it as junk why are they surprised it’s actually junk. Roger was the best on all counts. Definitely use him for your junk removal needs.

I had a lot of miscellaneous items(mostly junk) to get rid of. EVERYONE I had tried was either too expensive, or did not respond in a timely manner; ACE MAINTENANCE was neither of those. He was on time as promised, and handled every aspect of my removal with the utmost professionalism; he was even inexpensive! THIS GUY WAS AMAZING. I would recommend Roger Todd (Ace Maintenance) to ANYBODY. Thanks, again!

Roger did a great job. Super nice guy! Showed up exactly on time. Did the work quickly and went above and beyond my expectations -- not only hauled away the junk, but cleaned up the area as well. I would use his services again and recommend him highly.
