- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based off of the volume your trash will fill within my large dump trailer and the type of items. Construction debris, appliances/tv’s, tires, paint and any other large/heavy or hazardous items have an up charge due to the up charge I pay at the landfill. We do offer Military, First Responder, Senior and Teacher discounts!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After sending the quote, it is noted that the quote could change based off of the pictures I am sent. It is helpful if there are images attached to the request so I can make a more accurate quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A background in blue collar work with extensive experience in customer service and high stress incidents as a firefighter.
