- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I use both flat rate pricing and hourly pricing depending on the project. The pricing structure is usually specified in the quote, but I can always negotiate that structure if needed-- no problem! I will send a contract, but only invoice after the work is completed. Clients do not pay me until they are happy with the work. They receive their art files after payment clears.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always speak with new clients either in person or over the phone to discuss thier project and determine if we are a good fit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated college with a 3.97gpa and an AA in fine arts and an AS graphic design. I have been working professionally in Graphic Design for more than 10 years.
