Today was my first time using Poolside Phoenix, and I had a great experience from start to finish.
The Poolside Phoenix team, especially Colton, was very responsive when I first reached out. They got back to me quickly and were able to have someone come out the very next day, which I really appreciated.
Scott Reiswitz, the owner and pool technician, was the one who came out, and he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and informative. My schedule has gotten pretty busy lately, and I haven't had enough time to give my pool the attention it needs, so I'm really glad I reached out for help.
Scott took the time to walk me through the entire process, explain the equipment, point out the issues with my pool, and make sure I understood what was going on and what needed to be done. I especially appreciated that he didn't just come out and do the job—he took the time to explain everything and answer my questions.
They also gave me a great offer for weekly pool service at a very competitive price compared to the market, which made the experience even better. It's nice finding a company that provides knowledgeable, professional service while also offering fair and competitive pricing.
It's also great supporting a family-owned business that clearly cares about its customers and the quality of service they provide.
