These guys are awesome! They showed up right on time, were professional, and got the job done perfectly. Everything works flawlessly, and the quality of their work is top-notch. I’m definitely not a plumber, so I’ll be calling them for all my needs from here on out. I can’t stress enough how great they are — I wouldn’t trust anyone else at this point. Highly recommend!

Replaced water heater in a timely manner. Calcium deposits on pipes showed signs of water leakage at the joints. They replaced those pipes as well.

Had them come over for a free estimate on setting up a water line for my new fridge. Ethan and Ryan were very knowledgeable and the price we landed on for the service was very fair. Ethan came over the next day and installed and hooked up everything in a short amount of time. I would highly recommend Desert Water Plumbing and Rooter!

Accuracy and reliability are values we take very seriously, and we are here to provide 100% customer satisfaction, 100% of the time. We offer discounts on our website in which we regularly update. We are one of the only companies that offers up front and honest pricing, and fast, free estimates on any sized project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, we like to be as thorough as possible to ensure we get the job done right the first time and earn their returning business. We provide on site estimates and always inspect the previous equipment to make sure there are no other faults. We want all of our clients to feel comfortable with inviting us into their own, which is why we show up in a clearly marked business truck and provide the name of the worker before they arrive at their home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our expert plumbers always make sure we get the job done right the very first time. We provide full service licensed plumbing services for both commercial and residential customers. Our licensed, bonded and insured plumbers are on call to handle any plumbing issues or upgrades in the Phoenix area at an affordable rate.
