Anne is absolutely incredible! So far she has transcribed 2 books for me and I plan to continue to use her services throughout the future!
I originally contacted her to help me create audiobooks of my textbooks as it helps me comprehend the material better and I often have very little time to sit and study/read. Anne had the books read within 1 week and updated chapters each day as she was recording them so I could get started ASAP. She was very reasonable, especially for a student's budget.
I am very VERY grateful to have met Anne and look forward to continuing using her services in the future. I don't know what I would have done without her. What a wonderful lady!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is negotiable. Generally I charge 8 cents per word for translation and 20 cents per page for reading aloud.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Corresponding with customers to find out exactly what type of translation they need, and in what format, and when they need it to be finished.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA degree in Spanish from Abilene Christian University, and was greatly privileged to live in Central and South America for all of my school years. I had Spanish teachers who were real experts in their fields like Mrs. DeArmas in Panama and Don Sergio Roman in Costa Rica. I have continued to use my Spanish all these years as a public school teacher with many Hispanic students.
