We were approached by Andrew our sales person and he was punctual, polite and very thorough with the explanation of what was in our water. I knew the water was already bad but he explained why it was bad. Later that afternoon Alfredo came and installed our system, he took pride in his work and made sure the system was properly installed and gave us a demonstration after the system was installed. He was friendly and knowledgeable. So far I am happy with my water system.

We had our water softener moved to a new location and Alfredo helped us with getting it hooked up. He did an AMAZING, very professional job making sure it was set up the way we liked. Super clean install with upgraded plumbing, and even went above and beyond to hide unsightly lines.

Installation was fast and Alfredo was very helpful and knowledgeable about system. He answered all our questions and explained everything so we could easily understand. Cant wait to see the difference in our skin, clothes and cleaning.

Great service . I had an emergency situation with a large amount of water leaking and we thought it was with the system itself; but we were out of state so we didnt know for sure. Alfredo C. With Aqua life- Went to our home in bad weather and determined it was our sprinkler system. This was above and beyond what was expected of them and we are thankful. We love our filter system- it provides a piece of mind just from having cleaner water and the difference in our skin and hair is noticeable.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very competitive on pricing and we will try to beat any price that you have a quote for that is comparable to our systems. We do give military, civil service, teacher and medical discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to come to the home and test the water first to see what the water quality is like in that area. At that point we can make recommendations based off of what we see.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Water Treatment Specialist 3 license. My license number is WT0005790.
