I have a wood frame Pella sliding door that has been hard to open and close since we bought our house. I contacted Pella for a repair quote and they were so slow to respond every step of the way. I finally got a recommendation for Phoenix Sliding Doors from NextDoor and they were able to give me a quote over the phone and get someone out the next day. Our door slides easily now and I regret not calling them sooner!

Great customer service. Had them work on a condo sliding door from the 1980s. Door would only move if you treated it like an offensive lineman. They came out and serviced it and now it moves with one finger. Highly recommend them.

I recently attempted to fix my elderly fathers back door because it would move without lifting and putting all your weight into it. This door had been like this for years. While attempting to fix the door I realized I was in over my head and was more likely to create more damage than fix the issue. So I called Phoenix sliding doors and the lady who answered was very pleasant and informative. They were able to fit us in for service that day. They showed up on time, fixed the door from not rolling to rolling with ease only using two fingers and did a damn good job. All of this cost around $235. We couldnt be happier with Phoenix Sliding Doors and their service.

Phoenix Sliding Doors was able to repair my sliding door and saved me the gigantic expense of replacing it. I could not be happier! Communication was excellent, arrival was prompt and it took just around an hour to complete the work and put everything back together.
