Hired Kyle for 2 days for various jobs. Painted a wall, hung some complicated interlocking mirrors, built some furniture, caulking and drywall repair. Completed everything requested and was proactive at solving problems.
Dave and his crew were quick efficient and did a great job doing a variety of tasks including painting, drywall repair and installing new baseboards. We’re very happy with the work and are actually booking them again to do our exterior.
Improvements on new office painting carpet wood work excellent job easy to work with
John was wonderful. This project started out as a simple replace some patio wood that had some water damage. It turned into a LOT more than that. John kept with it the whole way, helping us save money where we could. But, the project ended up costing 7 or 8 times more than we had anticipated. Not because of anything John did, but because of how bad the water damage was. John got it fixed using some sub-contractors for painting and roof work, with no problem. Great job John! I highly recommend him for your project! Scott M.
Great job and work. He did my job very quickly. I would recommend Alfredo for framing. He knows wood.
I am absolutely impressed with the job Adrian did remodeling my Babys room. He was very detailed, listened to my request and exceeded my expectations. I had a basic spare room that I wanted to turn into a nursery, Adrian added a chair rail that makes the paint job he did pop, and he also installed wood floors and repainted the doors, trim and closet. Everything looks perfect!! I will definitely recommend Adrian to anyone, he is very professional, punctual a perfectionist and super clean. I just cant say enough.
I had a cancellation and found Dave. He came to my house to give me an estimate which he says he normally doesn't. His prices wasn't the cheapest but for a couple hundred dollars more, I was very comfortable that he knew what he was doing and that the job was going to be done right the first time. Before actually started I called a few of his references. They had nothing but good things to say and that his work is maticulous and had some of the best tools in the trade. After my due diligence I was put at ease. I had 1400 sq ft of wood flooring that was done. He said it would take about 4 days tops. He brought in some extra bodies to knock it out in 2 pretty long days. They didn't take any money up front, but I did pay them after each day based on the amount of work performed. I am very pleased with my finish product. I told him that he could use me as a reference to any of his future customers. Job well done!
Hector of Red Desert Remodeling handled the work of re-pointing the bricks for our historic home. He did a very good job and was honest and upfront with the costs. He also re-did the roof of our detached garage. He was respectful of the structure and the original wood, and did a very good job. He also allowed my husband to work with him on the roof and taught him a few skills.
Allen did a great job on the new stairs he built. They are solid, built to last, and the wood finish looks perfect. Very happy with the timing and pricing. Will use him again.
He is creative and a solid worker...He has made a one of a cross that we enjoy having hang in our TV room as well he has worked on my bath tub framing for my bathroom..I would recommended him to anyone.
I had a bay window problem where the wood had rotted and dislodged the window leaving a huge gap at the top. I posted on Thumbtack and hired Michael Cox who came to my house to assess the problem. Michael constructed new framing for the entire bay window at my request and found me new double pane Windows for him to install. The work was outstanding. The communication was carefree for me and the price was better than reasonable. Mike is a very nice man, outstanding carpenter and did a magnificent job. I was so impressed that he always came to the job on time. My expectations were exceeded. Great job Mike. Thank you!
We had an old metal awning/patio cover on our 1970's house. Chris took down the old cover & completely rebuilt a new wood one including lights & fans, which included full run of new electrical from the circuit box. We also had old rotted fascia on the house & they stripped off the old fascia & replaced new wood fascia. It all looks amazing & completely transformed our backyard. Chris is always so professional to work with and a great guy. He will take time with you before, during & after your project to make sure it is done correctly.
Hi! I began using Jake in May for several bits of work. Repairing drywall, check! replacing electrical stuff, check! Measuring and cutting to replace animal destroyed wood frame, check. AND did I mention he's reasonable, no? well, he is. Also, he's polite and professional. On various jobs, too many to mention at our home and a rental we own he's more than a handy man, so if your needing plumbing, yep, he does that too. Hangs your curtain rods, new bathroom fixtures, etc, etc....
We have installed new Range Hood, Granite countertop, Bathroom shower walls and countertops, Recessed Ceiling can lights, etc. My wife and I are very happy with all the Jobs Jack has done. Now our house looks new and attractive and we love it so much. Jack not only finished the job exactly as what we want, he is also considerate. He tried his best to make only one small hole on the wall when installing all the recessed lights. He is even kind to offer us free trims because he has some left in stock. The thing I like most is how Jack is trying to help us, instead of just finishing the project. He gave us very good suggestions. He helped us find good granite subcontractor, who provided a much better price than home depot, who had so many hidden fees. He also helped us choose the bi-level edge for the countertop, the under-mount sink, which looks so beautify and contemporary, and we like them so much. I decide to install the water filter by myself to save some money, and Jack is so kind. He helped me purchased the right adaptor for tubing, and gave me the instructions how to install it, even without I ask for it. The filter has been installed and it works very well. Thank you, Jack. There are a lot of small things which you can tell how nice Jack is. He helped us put and take back the garbage bin each time when we are not there. He also kindly lend me his scraper for my own flooring project(I am replacing my carpet with laminate floor by myself). By the way, Jack, your scraper is still in my house. Dont forget to take it whenever you drive by my house. In conclusion, we are very happy with Jack and his jobs, and we will highly recommend Jack for your future home improvement projects. Good Luck, Jack!
Derek has done a number jobs for me in the past. He worked on my basement remodel after a water problem and it turned out great. He re-worked the plumbing, framing, sheetrock and mudding the walls. They all look fabulous! I also had him work on an 18 x 20 ft addition to my home. He framed, put the trusses in place, insulated, put in windows and doors, too. It turned out great. Along with the addition he helped build a beautiful Azek Deck with aluminum railing off the side of the new addition. Any time I have had a project he is the first one I go to because of his quality work, his great work ethic and someone we can trust. I would and do recommend him to everyone looking for a wonderful and honest general contractor.
