I recently retained Pascale Bookkeeping to set up Quickbooks for my new company, as well as input and expense all of my records and accounts once QuickBooks was configured. Rick and Cher made themselves available on short notice and even agreed to meet with me on a Sunday afternoon (my only day off). They did an exemplary job and I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring bookkeeping services.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have standard pricing. We like to discuss with each client the economics they feel comfortable with and work towards pricing that will provide them with value and piece of mind.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would like to meet and discuss exactly what our customers are looking for, what makes them most comfortable and answer any and all questions they have. We also welcome any feedback they have in order to ensure they are happy!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working with QuickBooks for 15 years and have spent many hours with CPA's in order to refine my bookkeeping skills. I have also done bookkeeping for 35 years and am continually working on improving my skills.
