Jordan and his wife responded to my service request almost immediately and actually was able to give me a quote over the phone, unlike 2 other companies. As soon as the new water heater was delivered, I texted him and they were at my house within a couple hours to install. They installed it quickly, took all trash, and left the area very clean. Extremely nice experience!
