Simba Plumbing was great on completing my Plumbing Repair - at great value (had 3 other companies bid) - fair price was important. Complex repair that their Plumber Travis handled with expertise - making the plumbing (visible) look great and meet all functional requirements. Water heater died and Simba showed up same day with a plan to repair or replace. Went through the options with no pressure and walked me through pros/cons. Water heater was replaced next day. No surprises on pricing. Removed and hauled the old heater. The new heater is working great! No issues. Great price and all work done without any issues.

Contacted Simba around 8am and they had someone here 2 hours later by 10am. Replaced hot water tank same day. Very happy with response time. They’ve done other work at our house in the past and we’ve been happy. No issues with any of their work.

Great work by Jordan. Very interactive, listened and understood the details of what I wanted. Asked me questions during the work just to "make sure" and offered suggestions as needed. It was tough work (took 2 days) but he ground it out. I will ask Simba to come out again when my floor is done so they can install my vanity and toilet (since I'm nursing a bad shoulder).
