did not show up for appointment...I had to call and then had to wait for a callback only to find out they do not service here. I should have been told when I originally called to make appointment...instead of scheduling and expecting a technician to be here to fix my refrigerator leak!!!

Worst tech I ever experienced. Here is my text to the company just now: Very very unhappy with your technician. He kept on repeating himself. We just replaced the air filter. And all he can tell me is that we need to replace the air filter again. He kept fumbling on getting the model number. Then he said it might be the water filter. We don’t have water feeding to the frig. And he did not know how to get the filter out to inspect. I had to open the cover for it. I asked if there is something wrong with the fan. He said no. Maybe it needs to be replaced he said. But did not know how much it would cost. I want my money back or send me another tech
