I am very happy about my experience working with Main St Appraisers. BreAnn was responsive, helpful, professional and very pleasant to work with. I also appreciated that she gave me time to ask her some follow up questions after she finished her report. I would and will use her next time I need an appraiser. I was planning on just getting the sq. footage appraised but decided to go with the full appraisal as I am doing a For Sale by Owner, this was exceedingly helpful to me in formulating a fair price for the sale.
