JAD Design Services has been helping homeowners, business owners, contractors, and developers bring projects to life since 2016. As a licensed architect in Arizona, Hawaiʻi, and Florida, I specialize in custom homes, residential additions, ADUs, commercial tenant improvements, feasibility studies, permitting, and construction documentation. I'm passionate about creating thoughtful, buildable designs that solve real problems while making the permitting process as smooth as possible. Whether it's an off-grid cabin, a custom home, a restaurant, or a commercial renovation, I enjoy guiding clients from the earliest planning stages through permit approval and construction. Every project is led personally by me, so you'll always work directly with your architect—not be handed off to a junior designer. My experience includes coordinating structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and landscape consultants to deliver complete, permit-ready drawing packages tailored to each project's unique needs.
