Judd is an excellent lawyer who I found online. His fantastic reviews from his previous clients made me confident that he would represent me well in my divorce matter. Judd and I have become good friends and I even sold him a car! I had a difficult case involving a muslim dowry agreement wherein I was forced to agree prior to the marriage to pay my wife a large sum of money at the end of the marriage. Judd fought for me and had this agreement thrown out of court. Judd saved me tens-of-thousands of dollars by doing this. Judd's fees are very reasonable and fair and he was always willing to work with me as long as I kept paying what I could afford. Judd will take care of you and treat you well, and you cannot say that about most lawyers. I would recommend Judd to anyone who is wanting to hire a lawyer!

Judd has done an exceptional job on my family law case. He was very thorough, was very easy to communicate with. Judd also helped interpret my options that made sense with regard to my legal options in my matter. Judd has an in-depth understanding of Arizona family law statutes and goes to great lengths to explore every option available. Paperwork was also completed in a very timely manner and filed on-time every time. I also had the opportunity to review my filings before they were filed with the court which I did not have the opportunity to do with other counsel that had represented me in the past. I highly recommend Judd for family law matters.

I just want everyone to know Judd Nemiro is the best attorney I've ever had. I was in a child custody case and Judd did exactly what he said he would. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We family attorneys bill on an "hourly" basis and we ask for up front "retainers". Basically we ask for money to hold so we can guarantee payment in the future and we charge for our time spent on cases.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, lawyers are required to complete 15 hours of continuing education per year and I always exceed that amount every year.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
By trying several areas of law and choosing the one I liked the most.
