- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Up front pricing always. No hidden fees after the estimate. Has happen before I have gave the wrong price. I had to eat that money lost. Trust is of most important with our small company.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give customer a firm educated quote via phone call, email or text. If the customer likes me and the price. We set up a appointment to discuss the carpet project along with available options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am confident our work is satisfactory to all customers. We pride on completed every project on the day and time we have set up. Along with a timely manner.
