- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no service fee charge with repair. We offer free estimates for any new system. We do not charge an hourly rate. Each job is specific. Our pricing depends on what is required. We then inform the customer was is needed and give them a quote on entire job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer contacts us. We then set a time that is usually same day. We arrive and find the problem. Give customer price to complete job. Do the job usually right then, have trucks stocked with most parts. Have customer sign the invoice and they pay. We do accept all major credit cards.
