We had 3 quotes for the replacement of our aging HVAC system. Desert Diamond Mechanical was our first choice. Jeff was very professional in his presentation and took all the time needed to explain the new system and answer any questions I had.I will write another review after the system is installed in early January. A follow up on our HVAC installation. JC Rudy and Gerry were out on January 3rd to install our new Trane unit. They did an excellent job from start to finish.Couldnt be happier with the performance of the system. JC helped me set up the WiFi thermostat and answered any questions I had. Jeff returned on January 9th to do an efficiency check on the system. I think he is a great guy and has great customer service skills.Will recommend him and Desert Diamond to our friends and neighbors. Thank again for a great job!!

My experience with Desert Diamond has been great since the day they came to my house and did an inspection of my old AC units that were having problems. I ended up replacing both of my AC units and also replacing my heating units with new Trane units through Desert Diamond. Their prices are competitive and they offer the best brands in the business! Their staff, from those in the office who answer the phones and schedule appointments, to the installers, to the inspectors, all of their eployees are very knowledgeable and professional! I am very glad that I chose to use Desert Diamond, instead of some other company, and I will continue to use them for as long as I need any services done to my heating and/or air conditioning! They have definitely earned a customer for life!

Phillip is an awesome technician who listens carefully and is very knowledgeable. Phillip confirmed his arrival time and arrived as stated. I have the utmost confidence Phillip completed his task thoroughly.As of October 13th, 2025, I feel I need to update my review of my air conditioning situation. I decided to replace my air conditioner after only five years of having it. I had just finished paying off my air conditioner that Desert Diamond installed when I needed to have repairs on it. First my capacitor fan needed to be replaced along with refrigerant needing to be added which cost me $1300.00. I was given a quote of $2300.00 to replace the coils that were leaking the refrigerant. I did not want to add more money to this air conditioning unit that was breaking down and had no guarantee how much longer it would last. I decided to invest in a new unit through another company that is backed by Costco. I feel my new air conditioning company along with Costco will make sure my unit will last longer than five years. I wished Desert Diamond would have repaired the issue without it costing so much but I now have the reassurance of two companies making sure my unit is working correctly.
