Joe was very professional in giving a reasonable estimate, guiding me through the financing option and scheduling the team to replace the HVAC units. He was transparent through the entire process and did not waste anytime with sales BS. Very professional and thorough. While I really appreciate Joe, I am bit disappointed with the overall work quality. Team One responsible responsible to install new HVAC did their part and just walked away without worrying about the trims and touch ups required when they replaced the AC grills. Team Two came in and did the trim work and left saying "Painting the ceiling is not our job". At the end, I had to call a handyman to help with the paint touch ups. I wish this last portion was clearly stated so that I could have negotiated the deal better. Secondly, two teams working on two different aspects without proper coordination is not something I appreciated. I wish it was one team who take care of the job end-to-end in one shot. I am professional consultant who work with many customers. Customer Experience is the ONE thing I always focus on. And I expect the same from companies like this when they serve their customers.
