COOL ZONE is BEYOND AMAZING!My air conditioner was starting to struggle once the lovely Arizona summer heat went over 100 degrees.I called them yesterday and told Danette that I was still getting some cool air~ it just is not cooling like it usually does, no rush if they are booked until next week .Her reply, does between 8-10 am tomorrow work for you?Our technician Byron went above and beyond! He even called the manufacturers technical support line to check the specifications for my air conditioners model5 stars isnt enough to describe their exceptional customer service and technicians!THANK YOU Coolzone!!!!!Kelly

I couldn't be any happier with how the process went. From the first call through the installation the process was easy, informative and not nearly as daunting as I was dreading. The crew of Byron, Will and Tyler just left after installing my new A/C system and they were timely efficient friendly and professional throughout. I highly recommend this company and these people. I am very much looking forward to cool home this summer. Thank you Cool Zone!!

From the moment I stopped by the office, everything was handled professionally, timely,and their communications went very smoothly. Danette was very informative and helpful with giving me options, and communicating throughout the process.Dakota came the following day (Friday), on time to check out my old unit, and let me know the new install would be scheduled. Danette called on Monday to let me know that they could install the next day. Byron and Tylor arrived Tuesday again on time, and completed the removal and replacement in good time. I could not have asked for a better experience!! An A+ recommendation for Cool Zone.

Dakota was my service guy. He was very friendly and professional. I did not know I had a gas furnace, I just bought the mobile home a couple months ago. He said the furnace was was pretty old. He lit the pilot light and I have heat. The price of service was amazing. These guys will be my service guys from here on out. Thankyou for honest work!!

The first time we were scheduled for service the technician was running so late that we had to cancel. The second time he was on time and completed the work efficiently. It seems to be working well.
