One of our units was blowing warm when we woke up on a 100+ degree Sunday morning and figured we were out of luck until at least Monday. We took a shot and reached out to Local Roots, they responded immediately and had someone out within a couple of hours. Our technician, Ideal, was very knowledgeable, he quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad capacitor and had us blowing cold again in no time for a great price. We didnt know what to expect when we made the call, but came away totally satisfied and thinking that this is a great company, so much so that we signed up for their service plan while the technician was here and we look forward to having them out periodically to keep our units maintained and blowing cold going forward! Highly recommended!
