Had a conversation with James regarding a quote from another AC company. James quoted a much more reasonable flat fee with no diagnostic charge and offered to inspect and clean our other units. Will be reaching out to James in the future for all AC repair needs

Zebra Air was amazing. I’m in the process of selling and buying a house. My buyer asked for the HVAC system to be serviced. James from zebra air came out and did a fantastic job how they recommend, I will be using them on my new place.
Zebra Air saved me from having a horrible weekend. James arrived when he said he would and came prepared to diagnose, service and finish the job. Most importantly James highlighted specific steps I can take to increase my unit's operational efficiency. Oh I forgot he solved a 5 year problem bested by many others. I am beyond satisfied.

When a new customer reaches out, I make it a point to respond quickly — usually within the hour. We start with a brief conversation to understand exactly what's going on with your HVAC system. From there, we schedule a convenient time to come out, assess the issue, and provide a clear, written estimate before any work begins. Once you approve, we get to work efficiently and cleanly, and we always walk you through what we did when the job is done. Our goal is to make the process as stress-free as possible from start to finish.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC industry, working on everything from residential air conditioning and heating systems to complex commercial installs. I hold an active Arizona CR-39 Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, and Heating contractor's license and carry full business insurance for your peace of mind. I stay current with the latest equipment, refrigerant standards, and energy efficiency practices through ongoing training and manufacturer certifications. This combination of real-world experience and continued education means you're getting a true professional every time.
