- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Zebra Air Home Services, we believe in honest, upfront pricing with no surprises. We offer free estimates on most HVAC installations and replacements, and our diagnostic fee for repairs is always disclosed before any work begins. We frequently offer seasonal tune-up specials and discounts for first-time customers, seniors, and military veterans. There are no hidden fees — what we quote is what you pay. We also work with most home warranty companies and can help walk you through the process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, I make it a point to respond quickly — usually within the hour. We start with a brief conversation to understand exactly what's going on with your HVAC system. From there, we schedule a convenient time to come out, assess the issue, and provide a clear, written estimate before any work begins. Once you approve, we get to work efficiently and cleanly, and we always walk you through what we did when the job is done. Our goal is to make the process as stress-free as possible from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC industry, working on everything from residential air conditioning and heating systems to complex commercial installs. I hold an active Arizona CR-39 Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, and Heating contractor's license and carry full business insurance for your peace of mind. I stay current with the latest equipment, refrigerant standards, and energy efficiency practices through ongoing training and manufacturer certifications. This combination of real-world experience and continued education means you're getting a true professional every time.
