- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to find out as much as possible about their event in order to offer the best options for them. Once I have some details and have checked availability, I provide an outline of what I offer and the costs involved. I can 'pencil in' an event during this time, where I notify the customer before taking another booking. If they decide to book, I confirm by invoice and lock the date in. Payment is not due until the event is completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been juggling and entertaining people for the past 35 years. About 5 years ago, I added DJ Services to my offerings. All my training is 'on the job' - being in front of audiences and learning what works best! Of course, I am also constantly practicing new tricks to improve the show. I have over 1,000,000 People Entertained, over 100,000 hours of juggling practice, over 10,000 hours on stage, thousands of students taught to Juggle, and dozens of Television Appearances. One thing that matters- putting on the best possible show, every time.
