The customer service was terrible! I have never been treated so rudely and should have told them to turn around and not clean my carpets! He tried to tell me that I did not tell them about 2 staircases, which I did. He also quoted the carpet repair $5 higher than what I was told on the phone. He ended up honoring the original quote for 2 staircases since the request was in writing. However, he would not honor the carpet stretch pricing. He was rude to me and to his associate that quoted me the pricing. I felt sorry for her. He obviously treats his employees as rudely as his customers. I was shocked when he told me he was the owner too! The carpets were cleaned, but there were still rolls in the bedroom carpeting!

customer is posting bad reviews because she ignored every call we made to her to collect payment and we let her no if we dont receive payment job would not be completed and as far as us being rude we were not at all simply explained that the price was incorrect and we still honored it.customer wanted to spend the leasy amount of money and said she isnt really worried about the bedroom carpet being stretched to focus on the hallway which we did so,we never touched the bedroom carpet at all.we always try to accomodate our customers but we understand in a service business we cant please everyone.Our goal here is customer satisfaction.
