I generally don’t write reviews but I felt I needed to in this case so hopefully they will improve. I gave a list of things that needed to be done for my move out clean. I will say things were cleaner than when I left, but I was not expecting to have to clean after paying for a “deep” cleaning. The photo attached shows my kitchen cabinets that were supposedly cleaned. There was hair in the sink and on the toilet. A few blinds and the pendant lighting in the kitchen had not been dusted. I reached out to the business to let them know I was unhappy but all the owner was worried about was getting paid. She did offer to come over and finish what should have been done in the first place, which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. However, I decided to do it myself to my standard of cleaning. I have been trying to get a receipt from this business so I can forward it to my property manager. I have been reaching out via text and Thumbtack messaging for 6 days now and no response. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
