I needed my Ipad fixed because I dropped it. When I took it to Desert Computer Solutions on a Wednesday, I was assured it would only take a couple of days and that I would hear from someone if any more work needed to be done on it. When I didn't hear anything on Saturday I emailed and called to find out what was going on. I got no response to my emails I sent them but when I called, they told me what was going on. They were ordering a part. I told them to do whatever they had to do to fix it, and would they please call me when it was done. Well, MOnday rolled around and I called to find out what the status was and they still hadn't fixed my IPad. I was told they were expecting the part in that day and she would call me back . Well, I never got a call back so on Tuesday I called for a status update and they said they got the wrong color part in. Was it okay for them to fix it with what they got it. I said fine. So, on Wednesday I called to make sure it was fixed so I could pick it up and it was. Customer Service is not one of their strong suits. However, the work they did for me was nicely done. I would most likely use them again but they need to improve on customer service skills.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do a little research about the provider you wish to hire. Just because they have a big name does not mean they are the best. Ask around, Bing them, Google them, but always use trusted review sites like the BBB not advertising review sites such as y***.
