    Jeff came to me quickly and diagnosed the problem. Wasn't able to fix it immediately but took the computer with him to further investigate and thoroughly restore the computer.

I go well above and beyond the expectation the client has set for the work to be completed on their machine. I make sure I always put the clients needs and request ahead of any suggestion I bring to the table. I want the client to feel as if they can come to me with any question or comment and I can give them the best advice or suggestion there is for their situation. The relationships I build with clients to know they have someone to resolve computer issues they may have no knowledge on how to fix. Also I like the satisfaction of knowing they will be able to continue using their machine without interruptions that may cause them any downtime.

    • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
      I have adopted the flat rate pricing system. Most jobs I am hired to complete will only cost the client $50.00 per machine. There will be an exception for some jobs that may not require a lot to done to resolve the issue, I will usually need to communicate with the client to decide what the rate will be to complete the task.
    • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
      I have all the books and manuals to keep myself current with what is up and coming to know how to work on it if I need to. I am in the process of getting a few industry certifications to even further solidify my career.
    • How did you get started doing this type of work?
      I just have always been into computer and as I have gained more knowledge and experience using, fixing and upgrading them it was natural for me to gain employment and start my own mobile computer repair business, I love technology and because it is constantly changing and evolving there is always something new to learn about it daily. I try to share as much as I can with anyone who who wants to learn about computers.
