- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I have adopted the flat rate pricing system. Most jobs I am hired to complete will only cost the client $50.00 per machine. There will be an exception for some jobs that may not require a lot to done to resolve the issue, I will usually need to communicate with the client to decide what the rate will be to complete the task.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have all the books and manuals to keep myself current with what is up and coming to know how to work on it if I need to. I am in the process of getting a few industry certifications to even further solidify my career.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I just have always been into computer and as I have gained more knowledge and experience using, fixing and upgrading them it was natural for me to gain employment and start my own mobile computer repair business, I love technology and because it is constantly changing and evolving there is always something new to learn about it daily. I try to share as much as I can with anyone who who wants to learn about computers.
