I am an A+ professional certified, Dell field technician rep certified, and IBM Lenovo tech representative.
I perform field service technician tasks. I take service calls and provide on-site break/fix. I perform on-site support (hardware and software) on computers, desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
I offer the following:
* Have extensive experience diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving client issues with hardware and software maintenance, installations and upgrades
* Exceptional knowledge of networking concepts, Microsoft operating systems, and Microsoft Office
* Sound knowledge of diagnostic, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade of Apple computers
* Proficiency in supporting MS Windows OS, Mac OSX, and IOS
* Highly skilled in software and applications installation and configuration for Windows and Apple systems and strong ability to troubleshoot and repair printer, PC, and server hardware issues
* Ability to attend the frequently asked question by user and give appropriate solution for that problem
* I also build and assemble personal computers and servers and set up local area networks of computers and other related devices.
