I chose J’s initially due to his responsiveness; he was fast and thorough with his replies to all of my questions about cost, what is included, where to find a slab near me, etc. His was not the cheapest quote I got but that initial responsiveness, allowing me to understand the process clearly up front was valuable to me and his quote was very reasonable. My experience up until I paid a deposit was definitely 5 stars. After my deposit I went out of town for a week. When I returned the communication was not as quick. Having given a large sum of money and then not getting the replies as quickly as I was used to was scary but we did finally get in touch and scheduled an instal. That went so smoothly. The crew was polite, professional, communication, and on-time. They did a great job not only installing my quartz but also the new sink, faucet, garbage disposal and glass/bottle sprayer I bought. That brief time when his schedule was busier than he had expected thus leading to a slow response time did not hinder my experience enough to take away a full star in my review. I’d say 4.5/5! I’d definitely use them again.
