The countertops looked great but there were several issues that needed to be addressed the following day. They needed to come back to correct back splashes within two of the bathrooms. The outlet plates were missing from the kitchen backsplash and I was told I would have to purchase new ones along with longer screws and then they would put them in. Several cuts were done outside on my patio and on the side of my home, which caused a disaster of a mess that needed to be cleaned. They didn't use enough drop cloths or dust control inside of my home which also caused a disaster of a mess on every surface inside including items within every drawer. Workers took liberties that they shouldn't have including using my tools that were located in a drawer and looking within closets to find/use my broom. Communication was difficult at times especially when trying to get a definite date/time for the installation. First time I asked I was told it would be the following Tuesday or Wednesday and when I requested a definite date/time on Monday I was then told it would be Thursday or Friday. I sent a message that it would need to be on Thursday due to plumbing conflicts, I never received a response that Thursday was going to work or even a time when they would arrive. Come Thursday, 10:30am they still hadn't arrived so I sent a message asking what was the plan/time? The response I recieved was that they were at another job and would be at my house around noon more or less. Jose was great to work with to resolve all of the issues
