- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work off a fixed rate since I can not see the problem in person. If I can not see the problem to give a bid for the project accurately, hourly is the next best way to offer my services efficiently.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I greet new clientele with a courteous hello and how may I help you attitude. I ask for the problem and in response tell them how I would fix their current problem in a timely manner. I work diligently and work hard to gain trust.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hvac training and certification. I have worked as a maintenance technician for a condominium in north downtown Phoenix for 3 years now.
