- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My common process would be meeting up with my clients, talk about details of the event. I have them start by telling me what services they would like, what music, etc...then once they are done, I start talking about my services.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Some questions for costumers that must be ask are: How long have you been doing this? What can you do to make our event better? Would you be the Dj playing at our event? What music do you specialize in? In this industry I seen other Dj's with less experience do events that are not ready Many Dj's do not offer other services I seen other Dj's that gets hired by a client and the Dj send another Dj because they don't want to lose that client, usually that means more cost for the client. I seen other Dj's that are specialized in some genres and get an event for different crowds and ruins the party.
