- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are $800 for 4 hours and $125 for additional hours, but happy to discuss any budget constraints you may have.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to talk first on the phone out of respect for your time to go over our services and listen to your vision. If we hit it off, we schedule an in person meeting to review the event and ensure we are a great fit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both Michael and Jennifer are professionals in real life, Michael as an IT Executive and Jen as a nurse. We have DJ'd for over 20 years.
