Needed a very quick reply back to the court clerk for a civil lawsuit that many lawyers and document preparers did not want to touch but DPS, LLC came through very nicely, both time-wise and fee-wise - was able to relax after talking to John over the phone then in person.

We needed a deed completed for our house which was only in my husbands name. John walked us through the options and give really good insight into the pros and cons of each. We picked one that would work best for us. He had the documents complete and sent to us quickly. He submitted them to the county. All in all a simple easy process. I’m sure we will reach out to him again in the future!

John brought our trust up to date. He did a great job, in a short amount of time, and the cost was reasonable. John's office is small and not overly attractive. We had doubts when we saw the building, but we are really glad that we went ahead and let John take care of our trust. He did an excellent job! We will use him again!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Legal Document Preparers are required to attend a minimum of 10 hours of continuing education each year to maintain their certification.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they have been around a while. We see customers all the time that have hired someone and then they can't find them to finish their documents. Another important point is make sure you know all the costs up front, preparation fees, filing fees, process service fees and any other fees that may come up in unusual circumstances. Nothing is more frustrating that being told "That costs extra" when you didn't know that something might cost extra when you started.
