Introduction: I Started working professionally with animals in 86' as a Kennel helper, I found that I had an innate talent and natural empathy and ability to relate and communicate with most animals, both feral and domesticated. I was soon Certified by the A.B.K.A. And the D.V.M. who owned this kennel then encouraged my ability by bringing me into his Veterinary hospitals to continue expanding my knowledge about this widely varying and multi-specialized field. I went on to take Pre-vet courses, and eventually go to North State Canine, to study and learn To train canines, in Obedience, Search & Rescue, various stages of Assistance animal training, and more. Over the years, I have learned and worked in Protection training, Detection work, Schutzhund competition, and Agility. I feel I have a gift of sorts, a sense of true communication with many animals of various species and attitudes...
I have always felt, if you can find something that you enjoy doing and make a living while doing it, your a lucky person! And to be able to interact with so many distinct personalities on a nearly daily basis is Never boring. Seeing the joy of a pet owner who had almost lost hope that their beloved pet could ever be the calm, well mannered family member it has now become, I've Always liked that.
