Mike was wonderful because once he arrived on site he noticed a lock I had not realized before and easily adjusted our plan to include it. Mike also found himself challenged by some of my locks, and although they were a little difficult, he honored his quotes, and didn’t make it the client’s problem. I appreciated that very much. At the end of the job, he let me test all of my locks and was very patient with me. He even used the Allen wrench to tighten up one of my door handles at the end. He also was patient with me so that I could understand and calculate my bill, and my tax rate during the payment process. In sum, Mike was very friendly, and he went the extra mile for me when he was here working. I would hire him again.
