Great! Really nice. TJ explained the problem to me and gave me a few suggestions on how to fix it. I chose to have him do the repair for me. I think it was a reasonable fee and he did the repair quickly.

Did great work, relieved a ton of stress for me and my family.

Didn’t charge for a visit and quote. Was quick and professional from the initial Thumbtack response to the entire repair process.

After arriving and analyzing the need, the tech went to get parts. He spent over two hours- but all the supply sources around were out of what he needed.
He came back and did a “temporary repair” (which looked pretty long-term to me).

He returned the following day with the correct parts, did the repair, and still charged slightly less than the original quote.

Everything is working great!
I wanted to tip him as a thank-you for taking care of us, but he let me know he preferred a review, so here we are!

Arid responded quickly and offered an estimate, in person at no cost. Outside faucet was leaking, fixed hose bib and took care of the problem.
